The LIRR Hunterspoint Avenue station is a limited service station. AM service (Westbound) from Jamaica to Hunters Point is available only from 6:20 AM to 9:14 AM. PM service (Eastbound) from Hunterspoint Avenue to Jamaica (and beyond) is available only from 3:40 PM to 6:41 PM. At other times, take the subway to either Jamaica or Penn Station. One Full Service Ticket Machine is located on the platform, west side of the ticket office. One Daily Machine is located on the platform, 60 feet east of the ticket office. The SCA is a short 15-20 minute walk from the Hunterspoint Avenue LIRR station as indicated by the dotted path on the map.

A shuttle bus is available from the Hunterspoint station to and from the SCA throughout the day.
