What type of work is available?
A:
SCA projects fall into two categories:
Capacity (or Line) Projects – new buildings, additions and adaptive reuse to add seats.

Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) – renovations to exterior and interior systems and components.

How does the SCA award work?
A:
The SCA typically awards contracts in one of two ways:
Contractors compete for business via advertised bid or limited list bid. For more information about the bidding process, see Opportunities for Contractors.

Consultants compete for business via the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. For more information, see Opportunities for Consultants.
