The SCA is committed to expanding the base of firms doing business with us and making it easier to communicate and succeed together.  In the links to the left, you'll find resources to learn about how to get prequalified so you can be awarded work with the SCA, as well as information regarding MWLBE certification requirements and information regarding our Mentor and Graduate Mentor programs.
