The “Understanding the SCA Project Labor Agreement” seminar is being offered to you as a principal and/or a responsible firm designee as well as to your job site supervisors. The session will be at the SCA, 30-30 Thomson Avenue, Long Island City, New York, 11101, on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm in room 5 Main B.

This session will focus on compliance with the SCA’s Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and Prevailing Wage and Benefit requirements, including union issues, helpful wage calculations for bidding purposes, fraud and corruption, required documents for Labor Law Compliance, and noncompliance issues that have an overwhelming impact on your firm’s future profits and success. This is NOT the LCMS computer training class that you may have already taken.
