Labor Law Compliance Management System (LCMS) is a new web-based certified payroll system which allows users to submit, review and release certified payroll reports and packages electronically. Users can access LCMS 24-hours a day, 7-days a week from anywhere (work, home, library, etc.) via the Internet (Internet Explorer version 6 or better and Mozilla Firefox).
Below are outlines for classes being offered to SCA Project Management staff, Construction Managers, General Contractors and their Subcontractors:
LCMS - Certified Payroll (General Contractor(s) & Subcontractor(s))
This training session is designed to give users both an overview of the system, as well as, a thorough hands-on training. In order for a General Contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) to gain access to LCMS, they need to attend this class.
